Calls to special rate phone numbers have different tariffs than standard calls, national or intenational calls (established by regulation), depending on the type of service you would like to use.

National special rate phone numbers

Calls to BT Mobile services

Some BT Mobile services can be accessed through a short number that will have a special rate. These services can be used from BT mobiles. Non-BT users that would like to access to these services must dial the corresponding long number.

Calls to special rate phone numbers (803,806,807,907)

Calls to numbers starting with 803, 806, 807 und 907 are subject to agreement to the current legislation with the following restrictions:

In the first 20 seconds only the call set up will be billed plus the tariff €/min support. The beginning of the additional billing will be not effective until 20 seconds. The maximal duration of the call is 30 minutes, established by the Code of Conduct for the provision of services of additional billing. When this duration is reached, the call will be cut automatically.

For calls to international special rate phone numbers there will be different rates than to those that are already defined by geographic zones for international calls. National special rate phone numbers

For calls made from abroad to Spanish special rate phone numbers (special numbers, tariff service, special services etc.), the established prices are applicable from the area where the call is made plus the national distance that is currently established for these numbers. International special rate phone numbers

For calls made to international special rate phone numbers (Premium, Satellite, ISDN, PSN, VPN and shared cost) from abroad, the established prices are applicable from the area where the call is made plus the international distance that is currently established for these numbers.
